4 Things You Can Check-off on Your Agent To-Do List – Each day accomplish four small things on your long To-Do list. Recite your listing presentation; finish that buyer packet; watch a resource center video; re-work your business cards; post something helpful on social media; write a blog; set goals; map out a plan; read the new offer contract; familiarize yourself with ZipForms by doing a training. There are hundreds of things you can do to make your business stronger. Do four of them each day.

3 New Things to Learn – Take 10-minutes and learn three new things, one in each of these areas: The local market; the industry; your business. What’s inventory like? What are rates doing? What are some tax write-offs for your business? Etc.

2 Hand-Written Thank You Cards – And don’t forget to mail them. Even if you just gather all 10 by the end of the week.

1 Business Meeting – Do a video call with someone in the industry and talk about business: Lenders, title/closers, inspectors, appraisers, agents, brokers, HGM staff.
